Firm Foundations was founded in the year 1992 by Mr.C. Kasturi Raj, a Professional with immense experience in the areas of Planning, Construction, Marketing, Purchase and Liason.

The deep foresight, zeal, vision and dynamism of the founder had made the company grow steadily in the proper direction. Mr. C. Kasturi Raj, the dynamic MD of Firm Foundations, is a Law Graduate and a M.B.A degree holder. Five years of his stint in managing the various departments of the Chennai based Anubhav Foundations has given him the desired inspiration to conceive, to promote and establish Firm Foundations to suit the contemporary needs of the customers.

Mr. C.Kasturi Raj, the Managing Director is been responsible for the phenomenal growth of the Organisation during the last 15 years, duly supported by the experienced Professionals in concerned departments.

The company had its major expansion in the year 2000, successfully completed nine projects with high caliber. The first project of the company is ‘ FIRM’S ARCADE’, Anna nagar. In the span of 15 years the company has completed more than fifty projects and the company has its pride to have more than 410 satisfied customers.
